Also, if you try to get windows installer log with the msiexec.exe /q /i "MOMAgent.msi" /l*v "C:\Agent\MOMAgent_install.log" USE_MANUALLY_SPECIFIED_SETTINGS=0 command you will see the following error message:
GetComputerDomain: NetWkstaGetInfo failed. Error Code: 0x8007085A.
This can occur if the Workstation service is disabled on the target system.
